What is an Instructional Coach?
Through my eyes, an Institutional Coach is a resource in the building that teachers can go to, to gain insight on educational best practices.

My Mission:
Always being a listening ear for teachers to bounce ideas off, free of judgement. Building a repertoire of skills and assets to help teachers become the best versions of themselves.
Goals & Values:
-
I value advocating for teachers, and being a voice for them when they do not feel as if theirs is being heard.
-
I never want teachers to be intimidated by my presence. I will never cast judgements.
-
Before adding more to my teacher’s plates, I want to make sure I am knowledgeable enough on the topic to answer any questions the teachers may have.
Goals & Values:
-
Full understanding of curriculum
-
Observing classrooms to better understand teachers needs.
-
Modeling when necessary.
-
Mentoring
-
Helping teachers break down & understand data
